DEI

from $350.00

Deloitte reported that companies with diversity experience cash flow per employee that is 2.3 times higher, while Gartner discovered that inclusive teams in highly diverse settings enhance team performance by up to 30 percent. However, a mere 40 percent of employees believe that their managers actively encourage an inclusive environment.

While enhanced profit and performance are handy benefits of DEI, it’s important to provide an inclusive space regardless of the external rewards.

Nike Aurea

Nike Aurea is a highly-rated speaker and educator with 5+ years of experience as a consultant, group facilitator, and education specialist. Nike works with collectives and communities to create safer spaces and community cultures that are inclusive and harm-reducing for 2SBIPOC, historically harmed citizens and those harmed by misogyny.

"Working with Nike gave me the opportunity to reevaluate the content that I put out on social media and the programs that I run as an intuitive medium and podcast host. I think of myself as an inclusive person and an ally to many communities, but because of working with her, I was able to see where what I thought my programs were 'inclusive' were maybe not as inclusive as I thought that they were. Nike essentially pointed out various things that could change or that could be improved on, but also gave me the tools to do so. Because of that opportunity, I realized that I wasn't even considering how my message of self-worth, love, and self-awareness may actually be received by someone who identifies as a woman. These tools are invaluable to the spiritual content creator/healer. Every white healer or "spiritual" creator should take the opportunity to participate in a program like this to fully audit themselves and their businesses to really ensure that we are the allies we aim to be."
